Cornbury Park Lakes

Cornbury Park lies in the Wychwood Forest, a medieval royal hunting ground between the Evenlode and Windrush valleys. The club has fishing rights on three lakes set in a secluded deer park setting. All three of the lakes are stocked with rainbow trout. Coarse fishing, notably for tench, perch and pike, is also permitted on two of the lakes from June 16th until the end of the year. Some members have had good sport fly fishing for pike.

The lakes enjoy good fly hatches and fish well with dry flies and imitative patterns.
